ABOUT US

Fabulously Festive is an incredible Christmas event offering an unforgettable day out for the whole family. Visitors from all over the South East of England will be able to enjoy an immersive visit to Father Christmas, take part in memorable family activities, skate across our enticing ice rink, enjoy live entertainment in the Apres Ski Bar, savour an array of Christmas food and drink, and browse the Christmas Market and Shop. OPENING TIMES

We are open from 16th November to January 5th, with the exception of Christmas Day. On weekdays from 18th November to 22nd November the venue will be open 5pm to 9.30pm, on weekdays from 25th November to 5 December it will be open 3pm-9.30pm, and on all other days it will be open 9.30am-9.30pm. Stall holders should ideally be able to man their stands for the duration of the event (seven weeks) but contact us to discuss alternative durations.

THE VENUE

The Christmas Market is situated in a purpose built, festively-decorated marquee located in the Christmas Village, next to the Apres Ski Bar and Catering Concessions. The event has 24/7 security guards from build to break down. We have wifi across the site.

VISITORS

We anticipate approximately 35,000-50,000 visitors across the seven week period, with an average dwell time of 4-5 hours on-site. Most will be families, with 1.2 adults per child. We are working with local press online, in print and on social media. We are also
utilising outdoor media and of course investing in pay-per-click campaigns across Meta and Google.

PRICING

Each standard 2.4m x 1.9m pitch comes with:

  • Table (180x74x73.5m) and two chairs
  • Festive Tablecloth
  • Wifi
  • Electric socket
  • 24hr security (stall holders exhibit at their own risk)
