Join us for a magical party night with Live Music and Dinner at Hurtwood Park Polo Club. Includes a reception drink on arrival
Starters
- Roasted butternut squash soup with sage oil and grilled goats cheese served with toasted focaccia
- Smoked plate of smoked salmon garnished with capers, dill and shallots
- Chicken liver parait with caramelised onions, toasted brioche and watercress
Main Course
- Slow roasted beef brisket with dauphinoise potatoes, sautéed greens and red wine jus
- Herb roasted Corn fed chicken served with boulangere potatoes, buttered carrots, greens and thyme jus
- Grilled cauliflower steak with sautéed spinach, potato rosti and chimichurri

- Sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream
